is the fourth generation sole heiress of Chang Style Tai chi chuan,
which has its origin in Chin Dynasty Court. True to the traditions
of Chang Style Tai Chi's advanced soft and lithe movements - the

Chen has integrated the theory of meridian and Qigong in
Chinese medicine with Tai Chi movements and achieved a state where

Dr. Chen has been practicing Tai Chi and medicine
for over 30 years. Based on the Chinese medical concept of the "unity
of Humanity and nature," Dr. Chen created Simin Tai Chi which
attempts to integrate the laws of nature with human anatomy to bring
about good health to our physical being. Simin Tai Chi is an advanced
internal Tai Chi exercise characterized by its "stretching
dragon and crawling snake" movements, and was designed especially
for exercising the spinal column. This exercise helps to fine tune
and balance the spine reducing and even eradicating sickness caused
by physical and mental fatigue, deterioration of bodily functions
